Terms & Conditions of Service

1. Cancellation policy: You may cancel anytime but after April 1st  your deposit is non-refundable. If the CDC guidelines change in a way that prevents Emerald Hill Farm, Kids Farm Camp/Young Farmers Camp to open, all monies will be refunded at any point.

2. Remaining invoice balances are due 1 week before your child’s week of camp. If final payment is not made 1 week prior to camp, we can not guarantee a spot at Emerald Hill Farm Camp 2022 for your child. 

3. Liability Waiver: I hereby, for myself and child, waive and release any claims that I may have against Jenni Rosson or Emerald Hill Farm, LLC. I understand that my child participates at his/her own risk and that I have insurance that will cover any injuries that he/she may incur.

 

Photo release: If you left the box unchecked for the photo release then you are giving Emerald Hill Farm, LLC permission to take photos of your child during camp. We may use photos on our social media pages or website.
