Little Tots Parent & Me Farm Camp

​

{New this year!} Little Tots Parent & Me Farm Camp is a "mini" version of our Kid's Farm Camp at Emerald Hill Farm but geared towards children ages 18 months-4 years old accompanied by their parent/caregiver. At Little Tots Farm Camp we will spend time with the animals on our farm, brushing and feeding them, collecting farm fresh eggs and learning all about farm animals. There will be a daily story time and craft project as well. A morning snack will be provided by Emerald Hill Farm and we encourage you to pack a lunch & drink to enjoy at the end of each day.

Little Tots Farm Camp is held outside in our outdoor classroom area. Please dress accordingly including closed-toed shoes. (No, crocs please) *This camp is rain or shine. We have a decent sized covered area to hold camp under if there is rain. Unless there is severe weather being called for, we will still have camps.*
We are hosting 2, two day sessions this Spring.

2024 Little Tots Parent & Me Sessions:

Session # 1: May 20 & 21

Session # 2: May 23 &24

Hours:  9:00 am - 12:00 pm.

 

Cost per session:  $75.00 per child and $50.00 for siblings. ** Sibling discount will be applied to final invoice.**

There is a $25 deposit to hold your child's spot for Little Tots Farm Camp. The remaining balance will be due ONE WEEK before camp. *Deposits will be non-refundable after April 1st.

9:00- Arrive and settle in

9:15-9:30- Circle Time & Story

9:30-10:15- Hands on time with the Farm Animals

10:15-10:30- Snack time

10:30-11:00- Art Project

11:00-12:00 Free Play and Lunch

Kid's Farm Camp

Kid’s Farm Camp is for ages 3-6.

*Must be potty trained* Below are the weeks available for this age group:

Young Farmers Camp

Young Farmers Camp is for ages 7-10. In addition to the fun arts and crafts, games and activities your Young Farmer will have hands-on experience learning how to care for farm animals as well as learn facts about the animals on our farm. Below are the weeks available for this age group

Kids Farm Camp & Young Farmers camp operate Monday-Friday from 8:30 am-12:30 pm. 

 

The cost for both Kids Farm Camp & Young Farmers is $200.00 per child.

We offer a discount for additional siblings. There is a $50 deposit per child due at registration to hold your child’s spot. After April 1st your deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due ONE WEEK BEFORE the first day of camp or your spot will be forfeited to the next child on the wait list. 

 

*Cancellation policy: You may cancel any time but after April 1st your deposit is non-refundable.

Children who are enrolled before April 1st will receive a FREE camp t-shirt. After that date t-shirts will be available to purchase for $15.00 each.

 

What to bring:

​

• Each day please send your child with a packed lunch and a water bottle. Please label with their name. A morning snack will be provided. 

• Sunscreen and bug spray are strongly encouraged, please apply to your child before sending them for the day. 

• We recommend sending your child in play clothing, we will be outside, in grass and mud as well as doing many art and craft activities throughout the camp day. We will get messy! 

• Closed-toed shoes or boots are required. (Please, no crocs unless it's water play day)

• Some families may choose to also send along an extra outfit for their younger child.

9:00-9:45     Animal Adventures around the farm

9:45-9:55     Story time 

9:55-10:10     Snack Time

10:10-10:30    Daily Art Project

10:30-11:00    Daily Special Activity

11:00-11:45     Free Play (Tractor Play set, Vet Center, Mud Kitchen, Farm market stand, Etc.)

11:45-12:15      Lunch Time

12:30             Pick-up Time

Each Friday we will have a water play day. We set up sprinklers, a splash pad, water balloons, etc! Please send your child in their swimsuit on Friday morning and pack them a change of clothing and towel.

 

Weekly Camp Lesson: Families can find our camp weekly lesson plan as well as a daily note each day on our parent white board. 

 

Drop-off/Pick-up: Parents/caregivers will be required to check their child/children in each morning as well as sign them out each day. Thank you!
